If you are not confident at interview, it’s likely that you will not progress through the phases of the interview process to get the job that you want. I personally was never a naturally confident interviewee in my early career but as I became more experienced in work and life and in dealing with people, my confidence grew and it also helped that I have inside knowledge of how the interview process works. There are seven key things that I would always do before I started interviews and I have no doubt that each of these items helped to boost my confidence. I believe that if you take a similar approach and combine it with your methods then you’ll be a lot more confident and have more success. The reason this is so important is because first impressions really do count especially at interview and confidence is probably the top of the list when it comes to factors that interviewers take into consideration when hiring new people for their business and team.

You can guarantee that you are going to be asked questions about your career history. There may be particular points where you will be asked to focus on specific highlights and points in your career.
