The answer to this question requires you to do some detailed research but it is likely that the information is close at hand and can be found within the job description and person specification and you may get some clues on the employer’s website as well.
The interviewer wants to understand how closely you meet the requirements of the job they have advertised so if the job requires that you are able to work without somebody looking over your shoulder all the time then this might be an area that you highlight in your answer.
Then again if the job requires a high proportion of interaction with team members then you’ll want to talk about your best qualities and attributes that lend themselves to that sort of scenario.
This really is a great question that will help you and the interviewer understand whether or not you are a match and if you’ve done your research and read all the details of the job it should be a question that will help you understand if you will enjoy the job or not. And for the interviewer the answer will help them to decide whether you will be a team fit or not.
